Black Lady
Black Lady (known as Wicked Lady in the English DUB) is a villain who may look a bit familiar to some of you. That is because she is ChibiUsa. During the time when Sailor Moon was fighting the Black Moon, the Wise Man turned ChibiUsa evil, and she became Black Lady. In the anime, Black Lady believes that no one has ever cared for her. She is told to believe that she is all alone, and she must get revenge. After fighting the Sailor Senshi in a number of episodes, Sailor Moon is able to transform Black Lady back into ChibiUsa. In the manga, however, the story is a bit different. Again, Black Lady believes that no one cares for her. When Mamoru comes after his now-evil daughter, she turns him evil as well. She even kisses him in front of Usagi!! (For more information on the relationship between Mamoru and ChibiUsa, go to ChibiUsa's Profile.) During the final moments of the battle against the Black Moon, Prince Demando gets a hold of the imperium silver crystals of the past and the future. Sailor Pluto stops time before the two crystals come together destroy the world. But, in doing so, she kills herself for she is not allowed to stop time. Black Lady, upon seeing her good friend Pluto dying, turns into a Sailor Senshi herself; and thus Sailor ChibiMoon is born!! Black Lady is one of my favorite villains because she has thoughts and feelings that are shown in both the anime and the manga. She also has that much desired sexy villainess look. ^_^ |
