Chi and Phi Chi and Phi are also known as the Star Gardeners. Phi is the one in the green above and Chi is the one in the brown. Chi and Phi are twins. They are two of Sailor Galaxia's minions. These two characters only appear in the manga, not in the anime. Just like the other animamates, Chi and Phi were once good. That was until Chaos corrupted Sailor Galaxia and all the rest of the metal senshi. Phi and Chi were captured by Galaxia. Phi is from the planet Phi and Chi is from the planet Chi. Sailor Phi is the first one to appear, and later we see Sailor Chi. Princess Kakyuu and Eternal Sailor Moon come upon Chi and Phi in the garden of starseeds. The twins then introduce themselves. A battle takes place. Princess Kakyuu destroys Phi. Full of anger, Chi stabs and kills Kakyuu. Eternal Sailor Moon then proceeds to kill Chi. Chi and Phi are probably some of the most disliked characters in SailorMoon. That is because they are responsible for the deaths of Lethe, Mnemosyne, Kakyuu, and the Sailor Starlights. These two seem to be second in command during the manga, right below Galaxia herself. BACK
